Mississauga Dental Academy

The Mississauga Dental Academy operates within the Urban Dental Centre. It facilitates lectures, demonstrations and hands on training for qualified dentists and dental health care professionals.

Currently it hosts a nine day hands on training in the Science & Surgical placement of implants. We are honoured to have Dr. Carl Misch use our facility. This is all made possible by Nello Matarazzo of Biohorizons Canada. The Urban Dental Centre also hosts hands on training in the use of Cerec 3D. This is facilitated by Patterson & Sirona (contact Gerry Crandles at 905-677-7711). The Urban Dental Centre hosts lectures for up to 25-30 dentists during various times of the year.

The Urban Dental Centre is fully equipped in being a true hands on facility and dedicate to the excellence and advancement of Dentistry.
